THE REFRESHING POWER OF MINT. This herbal tea, made from mint leaves, supports the normal function of the respiratory system, aids digestion, and promotes relaxation. Mint gets its name from the nymph Menthe, who was transformed into this very plant by Persephone. It has been known to mankind since ancient times and has been found in Egyptian tombs over 3,000 years old. The ancient Greeks and Romans used powdered mint as toothpaste, while the ancient Hebrews used it to scent their synagogues.

Taste and aroma
Peppermint contains menthol, which gives the tea a strongly aromatic flavor and aroma. Thanks to the menthol, peppermint tea has a fresh taste and a pleasantly cooling sensation. As it steeps, the tea’s color changes from a greenish hue to a rich amber shade.

Brewing Instructions
Pour boiling water (250 ml) over 1 tea bag and let it steep for 5–7 minutes. Always prepare a fresh cup of tea.
Caution
Not intended for children under 3 years of age. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to mint. Store in a dry place at temperatures up to 25 °C, away from light and foreign odors. Keep out of reach of children.
