African Rooibos
THE POWER OF THE AFRICAN SUN. This herbal beverage, not a true tea in the strict sense, is prepared from the leaves of the rooibos shrub. This plant grows only in South Africa, in a small area of the Western Cape, and its benefits have been cherished by the local indigenous people since ancient times. The reddish-brown drink has a subtly sweet taste, and one of its great advantages is that it is naturally caffeine-free. It can therefore become a delicious and healthy addition to your daily hydration routine.

Taste and aroma
The drink’s deep red color is the result of fermentation and explains why rooibos is sometimes called red tea. Even without sweetening, it has a slightly sweet and pleasant taste. In South Africa, it’s common to drink rooibos with milk and sugar, which you can try yourself.

Brewing Instructions
Pour boiling water (250 ml) over 1 tea bag and let it steep for 5–10 minutes. You can sweeten it or add fruit syrup or honey to taste.
Caution
Store in a dry place at temperatures up to 25 °C, away from light and foreign odors. Keep out of reach of children.
