HERBS FOR HEALTHY RESPIRATORY TRACT. This herbal blend, featuring rosehip, elderflower, linden blossom, and goldenrod, naturally supports your body's defences. Our grandmothers traditionally planted elder around their cottages, believing it would protect against evil forces. We value it particularly for its beneficial effects on respiratory health. Rosehips are rich in Vitamin C, and goldenrod, with its tiny yellow flowers, supports healthy kidney function and is packed with antioxidants. This tea blend is an ideal addition to your daily routine, especially during the damp and chilly autumn days.

Taste and aroma

Elderflower, fennel, and linden blossom provide not only a delightful aroma but also a very pleasant, slightly sweet flavor. The tea is refreshed by the tartness of rosehip and the minty freshness of peppermint. The tea has a light orange color, reminiscent of autumn leaves.

Ingredients

Rosehip fruit (35%), elderflower (20%), fennel fruit (10%), peppermint herb (10%), goldenrod herb (10%), dead-nettle herb (5%), linden flower (5%), chokeberry fruit (5%).

Brewing Instructions

Pour boiling water (250 ml) over 1 tea bag and let it steep in a covered container for 10 minutes. Always prepare a fresh cup of tea. Drink it as hot as possible.

Dosage

Adults 5–6 cups per day. Children 3 years and older 2–3 cups per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Caution

Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any ingredient in the tea blend. This product is not intended for children under 3 years of age. Store in a dry place at a temperature up to 25 °C, away from light and foreign odors. Keep out of reach of children.
