White dead-nettle and yarrow contribute to pre-menstrual and menstrual comfort, while oregano and peppermint support normal digestion.

Lady's Mantle (30%), oregano (15%), peppermint (15%), heather (15%), white dead-nettle (10%), lemon Balm (10%), yarrow (5%)
Brewing Instructions
Pour boiling water (200 ml) over 1 tea bag and let it steep for 10 minutes in a covered container, then remove the bag. Always prepare a fresh cup.
Dosage
Adults 2–4 cups per day. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Caution
This product is not intended for children under 3 years of age. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any ingredient in the tea blend. Store in a dry place at a temperatures up to 25 °C, away from light and foreign odors. Keep out of reach of children.
