This herbal tea is designed to cleanse the entire body. It combines a detoxifying effect with an original and distinctive flavour. Dandelion not only has a beneficial effect on the urinary tract but also acts as a prebiotic, contributing to the growth and activity of beneficial gut microorganisms. Lovage leaves support the elimination of excess water from the body, while cardamom, anise, and star anise aid proper digestion. Treat your body to a refreshing 21-day spring cleanse.

Taste and aroma

The flavor goes from the fresh, spring-like aroma of lovage to the sweet, oriental notes of cardamom and star anise. With a shorter steeping time, the herbal notes come through more, while with a longer steeping time, the spices dominate.

Ingredients

Lovage leaf (25%), dandelion root and herb (20%), anise fruit (15%), cardamom fruit (15%), star anise (15%), nettle herb (10%).

Brewing Instructions

Pour boiling water (250 ml) over 1 tea bag and let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes in a covered cup, then remove the bag. Drink the tea warm or lukewarm. Always prepare a fresh cup. For those who prefer the Indian method of drinking herbal teas, the tea bag can be steeped in warm milk for 10 to 15 minutes.

Dosage

Adults 1 cup per day. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
RECOMMENDED DURATION OF USE: 3 weeks, the treatment may be repeated after 2 weeks.
