This herbal blend contains Lady's Mantle, a woman's herb that promotes well-being before and during menstruation and refreshes the body. Folk tradition also refers to it as 'woman's mantle' or 'Our Lady's Mantle'. White dead-nettle and yarrow contribute to pre-menstrual and menstrual comfort, while oregano and peppermint support normal digestion.

Taste and aroma

The slightly bitter taste of oregano and lady's mantle—which, by the way, is also used to season dishes—is balanced by fresh mint and lemon balm. The tea’s aroma features a spicy hint of oregano, menthol-like mint, and a lemony note of lemon balm. The golden color of the infusion gradually darkens to a greenish-brown hue.

Ingredients

Lady's Mantle herb (30%), oregano herb (15%), peppermint herb (15%), heather herb (15%), white dead-nettle herb (10%), lemon balm herb (10%), yarrow herb (5%).

Brewing Instructions

Pour boiling water (200 ml) over 1 tea bag and let it steep in a covered container for 10 minutes. Always prepare a fresh cup of tea.

Dosage

Adults 2–4 cups per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Caution

This product is not intended for children under 3 years of age. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any ingredient in the tea blend. Store in a dry place at a temperatures up to 25 °C, away from light and foreign odors. Keep out of reach of children.
